WATER TREATMENTS
Water treatment is a process that involves various techniques and methods to purify, sanitize, and improve the quality of water. It aims to remove contaminants, pollutants, and impurities from water sources, making it safe and suitable for specific applications.
Water treatment plays a crucial role in ensuring access to clean and potable water for drinking, industrial processes, agricultural irrigation, and environmental protection. Through the use of advanced technologies, such as filtration, disinfection, chemical treatment, and membrane processes, water treatment helps protect public health, preserve natural resources, and promote sustainable water management practices.
At Allances, we offer a wide range of water treatment solutions, including RO systems, STPs, ZLD systems, DM & Water Filtration units, Softening Plants, and ETPs. Our customized solutions cater to diverse industry needs, ensuring sustainable and high-quality water treatment.
Different Plants to Treat Water
Reverse Osmosis (RO)
Reverse osmosis, commonly referred to as RO, is a process where a large portion of dissolved solids and other contaminants (bacteria, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes and other constituents) are removed from water by forcing the water through a semi- permeable reverse osmosis membrane.
Reverse osmosis is the most convenient and effective method of water filtration. Selection of the appropriate RO is an important operational part of any reverse osmosis system. We design, supply & install industrial RO plants as per customer’s requirement.
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Sewage treatment, or domestic wastewater treatment, is the process of removing contaminants from wastewater and household sewage, both runoff (effluents) and domestic. It includes physical, chemical, and biological processes to remove physical, chemical and biological contaminants.
Its objective is to produce an environmentally-safe fluid waste stream (or treated effluent) and a solid waste (or treated sludge) suitable for disposal or reuse (usually as farm fertilizer). Using advanced technology it is now possible to re-use sewage effluent for drinking water.
Zero Liquid Discharge Plant (ZLD)
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) is a water treatment process designed to remove all the liquid waste from a system. The focus of ZLD is to reduce wastewater economically and produce clean water that is suitable for reuse, thereby saving money and being beneficial to the environment.
ZLD systems employ advanced wastewater/desalination treatment technologies to purify and recycle virtually all of the wastewater produced.
A company could set a goal of zero liquid discharge not only to comply with laws and regulatory restrictions, but also to exhibit corporate responsibility and empathy toward Mother Nature.
DM & Water Filtration Plant
Demineralization is a method of purifying water. While the term demineralization can refer to any treatment technique that removes minerals from water, it is usually reserved for ion exchange (IX) processes that remove ionic mineral pollutants almost completely. The phrases deionization and demineralization are frequently used interchangeably.
Ion-exchange is a quick and reversible process that replaces contaminant ions in water with ions released by an ion-exchange resin. The impurity ions are taken up by the resin, which must be renewed on a regular basis to return to its original ionic form. Ions are atoms or groups of atoms that have an electric charge.
Softening Plant (WTP)
The Water Softening Plants are designed to produce treated Water to suit for various applications. Treated Water is of consistency quality with low residual hardness throughout the service cycle. The high synthetic resin is used to exchange Sodium ion with hardness forming Calcium and Magnesium ions.
A well-designed, well-developed, and high-technology water softening plant is always advantageous to individuals as well as companies. It also prevents hard water from entering the end and causing health problems.
Effluent Treatment (ETP)
There is a vast array of effluent treatment technologies available. Industrial wastewater covers the mechanisms and processes used to treat waters that have a. been contaminated in some way by industrial or commercial activities prior to its release into the environment or its re-use.
We provide complete line of ETP including biological treatment, liquid / solids separation systems, Dewatering equipment & instrumentations and control to operate all the processes. These technologies incorporate latest advanced in the industry to provide the most trouble free and cost effective treatment.
