PUMPING SYSTEMS

Water pumping systems are designed to move water from one location to another, ensuring a consistent and reliable water supply for various applications. These systems play a crucial role in industries, agriculture, commercial buildings, and residential settings. They are responsible for delivering water for irrigation, firefighting, domestic use, and other purposes.

Water Pumping Solutions

Submersible Pumps

Submersible pumps are installed underwater, submerged in the water source. These pumps are designed to be highly efficient and self-priming, drawing water directly into the pump for smooth operation. They are commonly used for deep wells, borewells, sumps, and other applications where the water source is located below ground level.

Submersible pumps are typically made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials to withstand the harsh underwater environment. They are designed to be compact and sealed to prevent water from entering the motor.

The motor of a submersible pump is located at the bottom, below the water level. This allows for efficient cooling and lubrication of the motor, extending its lifespan and enhancing performance.

Hydro Pneumatic System

A hydro pneumatic system is a water pumping system that incorporates a combination of a pump, pressure tank, and pressure switch. It provides consistent water pressure by maintaining a pre-set pressure level in the tank. When water demand increases, the pump automatically activates to replenish the tank and maintain the desired pressure. This system ensures a steady flow of water and minimizes the frequency of pump operation.

A key component of the hydro pneumatic system is the pressure tank. This tank acts as a reservoir to store pressurized water. It is usually made of steel and is equipped with an air-filled bladder or diaphragm that separates the water and air chambers. The hydro pneumatic system maintains a pre-set pressure level in the tank, typically controlled by an adjustable pressure switch.

Pumping Automation

Introducing our cutting-edge Pumping Automation System – a smart, fully automated water level control solution. This system efficiently monitors and regulates water levels in both underground and overhead tanks. Equipped with intelligent sensors, it activates the pump when the overhead tank reaches the desired level and the underground tank has sufficient water. Say goodbye to single phasing, dry-runs, and phase imbalance issues, as our system ensures pump protection.

Pumping automation systems optimize the overall performance of the water pumping system. By monitoring and adjusting the pump speed, pressure, and flow rate, the system can respond dynamically to changing conditions, ensuring efficient operation and minimizing wear and tear on equipment.
